This is a courtesy message to let you know we have a student that has been diagnosed with the Hand, Foot and Mouth virus. This illness usually presents a high fever followed by bumps on the hand, feet and mouth. It is common illness in young children and is very contagious. Please be cautious if your child is experiencing any associated symptoms and as a friendly reminder, your child will need to be symptom free for 24 hours and out the next day at a minimum to reduce the spread of illness. If we see any signs on your child at school, we will notify you immediately and ask that you pick them up.
