School Age Summer Program Policies
Registration:
Please register to reserve the sessions in which your child will attend. Sessions will be booked on a first come, first served basis. Book the entire summer or book on a per week basis. Tuition for the camps selected is due one month prior to start.
Attendance:
Camps run from 8:30 AM until 2:15 PM Monday through Friday. Clients may drop off no earlier than 5 minutes prior to Camp start time and must pick up within 5 minutes of dismissal. Additional time will be considered late pick up and charged accordingly.
Meals:
All Meals for which your child is present are provided for in the camp fees. Breakfast is available for students enrolled in the Early Riser and in attendance by 8 AM, lunch is provided to all students, and an afternoon snack is provided to students enrolled in the After Party at 2:30 PM. Our Menus are created with great care. We feel strongly that nutrition is an incredibly important factor in a child’s development. For this reason, we strive to use only the finest ingredients in our recipes and teach children the value of whole foods. Clients preferring to provide their own meals will be governed by the terms outline in our Alternate Nutrition Agreement. We are a nut free school and can accommodate gluten free with parental substitutions.
