School's Out Day Camps

Day Camp at Lutz Learning Center!

Yes! Our camps are open to families who do not regularly attend Lutz Learning Center! Try us out for as little at $40 per day.

Designed for Elementary age children, our camps focus on keeping kids active, and getting kids outdoors, engaged in play, learning and exploring. Each camp offers activities and objectives related to the camp theme. Campers will be able to rotate through the activities, allowing them the ability to manage their camp day in addition to our special curriculum projects, active phys ed time and even an occasional field trip!

No uniforms are required for our Day Camp Program.

Program options are available by the day or week with advanced payment required. Our positions are limited and will fill quickly so don’t miss out! Sign up today.

All camps include our whole food lunch provided at 11:30am!

All Camps run from 8:30 am - 2:15 pm ($40 per day) with the opportunity to add on:
Early Riser 7:00-8:30 ($5 per day) Breakfast provided until 8am
After Party ($10 per day) Snack provided

Camp Course Descriptions:

November 25-27th: It’s Fall Ya’ll Camp (3 Day Camp)
Join us for Monday through Wednesday this week as we celebrate everything Fall before it turns into everything Christmas! From making our own warm apple cider to pine cone art, this week is filled with crafty fun!

February 7th: Camp Cookie Club (1 Day Camp)
With the sweetest holiday of the year fast approaching, pack your aprons because this day will be spent experimenting to find the best cookie recipe! Be prepared to hit up our cookie and lemonade stand on this day!

March 2nd: Weird Science Camp (1 Day Camp)
Science is cool and we’re out to prove it. Bring your safety goggles and get ready to enjoy the weirder side of science!

March 16 - 20th: Spring Fling (Spring break 1 Week Camp)
Curriculum - to be announced

April 20th: Camp Color Run (1 Day Camp)
Get ready for the most colorful day ever as we race through obstacles and achieve new levels of happy in our very first LLC Color Run! Please dress in white, pack a change fo clothes and be prepared to do laundry tonight!

Billing:
I am the financially responsible party and do contract with Lutz Learning Center to provide the above named courses and agree to the financial commitment as outlined below. I understand all tuition fees are due in order to secure my student's position and that camps are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Advance payment of tuition is required.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
I agree to pay for the options in which I have selected. I understand if written notice of cancellation is received more than SIX WEEKS prior to the session, 100% of the camp fee will be returned. If written notice of cancellation is received between FOUR (4) TO SIX (6) WEEKS prior to the session, 50% of the camp fee will be returned. If written notice of cancellation is received FOUR (4) WEEKS OR LESS prior to camp, the entire camp fee will be forfeited. Rebooking into an open session within the same calendar year is an option. If a participant leaves camp early, or is dismissed, no refund will be given.
