To Reserve your position all students must:

1.) Fill out and turn in the Registration Application with the neccessary fees.

2.) Complete and turn in the appropriate Registration Form. (We have a notary on staff!)

3.) Within two weeks of your student's start date, turn in your child's physical and immunization form.
